Many dangerous vascular diseases that can cause serious complications, requiring amputation, and even death, are determined to be related to age, gender, diseases related to metabolic disorders and other chronic diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes or habits of smoking and drinking too much alcohol). These are diseases such as stenosis and occlusion of peripheral arteries, aortic aneurysm and dissection…
According to doctors, to prevent cardiovascular disease in general and vascular diseases in particular, people should perform many physical activities such as walking and light jogging; do not smoke, both actively and passively; Limit beer and alcohol. In particular, it is necessary to control high blood pressure, manage high blood cholesterol and diabetes.
