National professional forum dedicated to the creation, care, surveillance, and management of complications in vascular access, especially in hemodialysis.
Core Clinical & Technical Focus
Creation of arteriovenous fistulas/grafts (AVF/AVG), cuffed tunneled catheters, POCUS flow surveillance, and endovascular balloon/stent interventions for stenosis and thrombosis.

Standardize protocols for vascular access creation, maturation evaluation, and surveillance to prolong access patency and improve dialysis patients quality of life.

Advance management of access complications: thrombectomy, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA), central vein stenting, surgical revision, and hybrid procedures.

Organize national scientific conferences, CME programs, and hands-on workshops on AVF creation and POCUS ultrasound.
Clinical Domain
Core Procedures, Diagnostics & Interventions
- Autologous arteriovenous fistula (AVF) and prosthetic arteriovenous graft (AVG) surgical creation.
- Placement and maintenance of tunneled cuffed catheters (TCC).
- Preoperative vascular mapping and postoperative Doppler/POCUS flow assessment.
- Endovascular balloon angioplasty (PTA), catheter-directed thrombolysis, mechanical thrombectomy, and stenting.
- Management of access-related ischemia (steal syndrome), aneurysms, and access infections.
