ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT THE KEY EXPANDED MEETING – PREPARATION FOR THE TH CONGRESS I
According to general regulations, the First Congress of a Professional Association must be held within 3 months from the date of the Ministry of Home Affairs’ decision permitting the establishment of the Association. In addition, due to the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, it is difficult to organize the Congress in the traditional format, but must switch to an online format. After the Congress, all regular activities of the Association (conferences, seminars, training, foreign affairs…) will be officially recognized by law.
Therefore, the Campaign Committee for the establishment of the Association plans to organize the first Congress of the Vietnam Vascular Disease Association in an online format, possibly on August 21, 2021 (Saturday).
With time running out, to prepare well for the First Congress, the Association’s Campaign Committee leaders hope to receive the active support and joint contributions of all members. Therefore, we organized an online “Expansion Key” meeting, with the main participants being members of the Association’s Campaign Committee, members who are experts in the field of vascular diseases in localities, provinces and cities, who have been and are enthusiastic about the Association’s work…; to discuss, update information, and agree on main contents related to the organization of the First Congress. From there, specific responsibilities will be assigned to each region, each medical facility and each individual in joining hands and contributing to building the Association.
The meeting is expected to be held at 9:00 - 10:30’, Sunday - July 4, 2021; with the support of the Secretariat team and VNC Event Organizing Company.
