ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 2: THE 5TH ANNUAL NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE - VIETNAM ASSOCIATION OF BLOOD VETERINARY DISEASE

General information about the Conference

Participation Fees and Delegate Benefits

  • Participation fee:
    • Guests, Rapporteurs, Group Chairs, Executive Committee, Organizing Committee attend directly: Free.
    • Vietnamese delegates attending directly: 2,000,000 VND.
    • Vietnamese delegates attending online: 500,000 VND.
    • Foreign doctors attending in person: 200 USD.
  • Note on training costs: Training costs for the Chairman of the delegation and the Vietnamese Rapporteur will be calculated separately (if any, depending on the remaining funding). In case of being personally invited by the Sponsor, payment will be made according to the inviting party’s policy.
  • Delegates’ benefits: Attend scientific/training sessions; receive conference materials; Issue a Certificate of Attendance (applies to both face-to-face and online). Only delegates attending in person will be served a reception dinner (Gala dinner) and on-site lunch (Lunchbox).

Registration method

Policy to support travel and accommodation expenses

  • Scope of application: Supports part of the costs for members in the Central and Southern regions (if they do not have a Sponsor) to facilitate direct participation. Each member is only entitled to a maximum of 01 form of support.
  • Specific support level:
    • Organizing Committee, Guests, Association/Branch Leadership Board, Chairperson/Rapporteur specifically invited by the Company: Support for booking air tickets, hotel stays and transportation.
    • Other chairpersons: Support for airport pick-up and economy class airline ticket booking, OR support for hotel accommodation.
    • Other reporters: Support for booking economy class air tickets OR support for hotel accommodation (excluding airport shuttle).
    • Delegates who are members of the Peripheral Artery Disease Association and the Aortic Disease Association (outside of Hanoi, named in the attached list): Partial support for travel and accommodation costs with a maximum of 500,000 VND/member.
