Official name: Venous Association (English name is Venous Forum), affiliated with the Vietnam Vascular Disease Association.

• Leadership assignment: Assign 05 members of the Vein Branch Leadership Board according to the attached list. The President and Vice Presidents have tasks and functions according to the organization and operation regulations approved by the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Vascular Disease Association.
• Implementation effect: The members assigned in Article 2 are responsible for implementing this decision, which takes effect from the date of signing.
• This decision is an important legal basis, formalizing the activities of the Vein Society to promote professional activities, research and training in the field of veins in Vietnam.
