  • Unified financial management through the account of the Vietnam Vascular Disease Association.
  • Organize the first Congress in 2026 to elect the official Board of Directors and develop operating regulations.
  • Advise the Association’s leaders and develop the number of members.

Operating mode

  • National scientific conference: Held annually or every 2 years.
  • Congress term: Held periodically every 2 years.
  • Effectiveness: The decision takes effect from the date of signing (January 29, 2026).
